License Agreement

1. Introduction

This License Agreement governs your access to and use of Banana Evolution. By accessing the Platform, you receive a limited licence to use its services in accordance with this Agreement and the Terms of Service.

2. Limited Licence

Banana Evolution grants you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial purposes. This licence does not transfer ownership of any Platform assets or intellectual property.

3. Ownership

All rights, title and interest in Banana Evolution remain the exclusive property of Toonedy Developments. This includes, but is not limited to:

• Software
• Source code
• Artwork
• Characters
• Animations
• Logos
• User Interface (UI)
• User Experience (UX)
• Sounds
• Music
• Graphics
• Game systems
• Banana Evolution branding
• Digital collectibles
• Website content
• Documentation

4. Acceptable Use

You may use Banana Evolution only in accordance with this Agreement and applicable laws. You may not:

• Reverse engineer the Platform
• Copy Platform assets
• Redistribute copyrighted content
• Modify protected systems
• Sell Platform assets
• Create unauthorised copies
• Circumvent security measures
• Use the Platform for illegal purposes

5. Digital Items

Digital items available within Banana Evolution exist solely as part of the Platform. Unless explicitly stated otherwise:

• They are not real-world property.
• They have no guaranteed monetary value.
• They do not represent investments or financial products.
• Availability may change during development.

6. Development Status

Banana Evolution is currently under active development. Features, artwork, mechanics, systems, collectibles and other Platform content may be modified, redesigned or removed as development progresses.

7. Intellectual Property

Nothing in this Agreement transfers ownership of Banana Evolution or its intellectual property to users. All copyrights, trademarks, designs and other intellectual property remain the property of Toonedy Developments unless otherwise stated.

8. Termination

Violation of this Agreement or the Terms of Service may result in:

• Account suspension
• Restriction of Platform access
• Removal of Platform privileges
• Permanent termination of your licence to use Banana Evolution

9. Changes

This Agreement may be updated as Banana Evolution evolves. Continued use of the Platform after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the updated Agreement.
